What Next

Your Driving. Only better.

Three simple things can dramatically improve driving and living in the Park

ONE: Drive the Posted Speed Limit.
(Not too fast. Not to slow.)

If we each drive the posted speed limit we have less noise, reduced hazard to pedestrians and wildlife, less stress to other drivers and homeowners living nearby.

And if we can't or don't want to drive the posted speed limit, we can pull to the right, slow down, and signal those behind us to pass.

It's just common courtesy.

TWO: Stop Road Rage Before it Starts
(Tailgaiting and impeding traffic flow by driving under the speed limit can cause, and result in, a dangerous state of mind: road rage.)

State of Colorado traffic law is clear. Tailgaiting, intentionally impeding traffic flow, speeding, and other aggressive driving behaviors lead to road rage in other drivers and are un-lawful.

The good news: there are easy ways to reduce it... and sanctioned ways to report it.

THREE: Respect Others. Respect Yourself.
(Drive as though your personal values and community values are important... they make a difference.)

The safety, quitetude, and livability of our community depends on responsible, considerate, respectful driving.

You make a difference. Positive or negative. The way you drive affects others every day. Not just other drivers but scores of residents living near Roxborough Drive and Roxborough Drive North!

Be considerate of others. Feel good about yourself. Drive friendly.
